douglas was very calm with the whole situation of me going to see bret michaels with the girls, while he stayed home and watched the kids… my mom decided to take meleia for the night, so daddy got some “men” time with the boys.. 
knowing how much i love bret, i am so glad he agreed to let me go. we had a very good time, except when i had to get defensive and hit a girl on the head with my camera
